Meh!
The most off putting thing about this book is that the authors ask you to take notes and to spend quiet time meditating etc. I find this incredibly boring, and because I use audiobooks when I'm driving, running or walking, it isn't something I'm ever going to engage in.
The book is generally well presented and easy to listen to, although quite patronising at times, and I experienced many instances of me going "No No No" when presented with information that was simply not true.
Moving on from that, there are a lot of 'woke' assumptions about male oppression, patriarchy and sexual repression -- not completely unfounded, but very one-sided in their bias and often incorrect.
There are also, however, a few valuable insights that could be useful for anyone who really needs help to relax into being a sexual being.
I've never had any significant shame about my sexuality, so this book doesn't really speak to me.
I can't really comment on anyone else's journey beyond that, but how well this book will resonate will very much depend on your perspective and your starting point.
