Ok if you are a complete numbskull and can't work out that having cue cards is a good idea then yes this might help. If you have half a brain don't bother with this - a complete waste of time - so obvious and pointless.
"A Great Public Speaking Handbook"
The tone set by Jack Nolan was the perfect tone for this book. It made this book easy to listen to and the information was so dead on. Great book.
The best thing that I learned from this book on Public Speaking that I will use in my daily life is breathing. This is so important and you don't always think about how important it is.
Reading this book on Public Speaking will definitely impact my life and how I am able to address others in public. Everything from how to dress, recording yourself to hear how you sound to your breathing. Absolutely everything is covered.
"Simple but Good Advice"
I definitely enjoyed listening to this more than I would have, had I read it in print. I probably would have put it down, but the narrator worked to make it interesting and engaging.
If a friend were looking for a simple start to overcoming fears of public speaking, I would certainly recommend this as a good start. Someone experienced but looking for more helpful tips may not find it as helpful.

It explains how to concentrate on public speaking. How not to be nervous. I like it alot.
I personally don"t do a lot of public speaking. As I was going through High School I wish I had this. We always had to do all different kinds of presentations in front of the school. I know I will be prepared if it ever comes up that I need to speak in public. This audible book really gives some great ideas to follow.

This quick read is a useful book for anyone who is new to public speaking. As someone who is a current college student and wants to be a speaker for a living I found it helpful. And since it is so short it's easy to go back and listen every now and then. I recommend it.

Luckily, this book had been written and narrated in plain, simple, easy to understand terms. It helps me overcome fear of public and and the narrator clearly discussed the effective ways to practice public speaking.
