True Words are powerfull

If you catch yourself on the words you are about to speak then it helps by creating a better understanding between you and the other person.

Worth a listen

I enjoyed this, as it gave an understanding to your attitude toward others contributes to the words we use (and choose). A good book and easy to listen to.

Common Sense is not so common!

While I haven't even finished listening to Mr Urban I am certain that I, and those around me, will benefit from his words of common sense.

This book is not about positive thinking. It is not about affirmations or doing something new. It is merely focussed on taking a little care over something we all do - using words, when we speak or even think.

Our choice of words affects how we feel and how those who listen to us feel.
