"female impersonation voice is super annoying"
good info, I will use some of it moving forward however the performance was tough to keep focused on.
excellent book about communicating better. especially for people who, like me, think we already know how to communicate well
"Good Life Advice"
Loved the book but didn't care for the reader's "female" impersonation. Would be better with a distinction using à natural tone.
It was just ok-I have read better.
Yes, you can still learn a few things from this book.
