I am in my Fifties and have only flown twice and not for many years, due to my fear of flying. I very much wanted to go to New York for a family holiday and, while feeling hugely cross with myself (again!) for limiting my family holidays so much, I agreed to go. Needing to do something, I decided to give this a try. I did the exercises for three weeks beforehand and the impact was amazing. Once I started the tape, I found the constant 'background worry' about actually being on a plane in the near future faded away. I did the tape 3 - 4 times in the airport and throughout the journey and felt absolutely fine. I continued doing it every day while away and had an excellent return journey. Don't think it won't work for you, no one could have been more scared than me. I feel exhilerated now by all the new possibilities that have opened up for me and my family.

Even though this is only a 50-minute audio, it has 2 sessions on it. Thought the British accent would get in the way, but after the first couple of listens, it didn't bother me, and I found this a terrific tape. Used it the week before I flew, and was very pleased, helped me tremendously.
