Fantastic audio
This is a fabulous book easier to follow the meditations although I have ordered the paperback version to b able to complete the affirmations

Fun and effective
Where does Ordering from the Cosmic Kitchen rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I loved this book's personal style and the audio version is just as personal. I loved it.

There are loads of real life stories of people using these ideas that are genuinely inspiring.
