"Thank you for giving me strength and courage. After using the Motivation Method Stress Management programme my life is getting better every day. I am now back in full time employment and have a fantastic new relationship. How good is that!" (Peter, London)
I really like the author's work in soundcloud, it's awesome, and that's why I purchased this one. But I have to say I am little bit disappointed with this one because the background music is too loud for my taste. The music volume is at the same level (or even a bit higher) as the author's own voice, and I find that disturbing. Can't properly fall in hypnotic trance because of that. It's a shame because otherwise I would like this one if the music was quiet in the background and not in the main role. Some would disagree but that's my opinion.
