What did you like most about Money: The Top 100 Best Ways to Make and Manage Money?

I really enjoyed the practical advice. I had not known a great deal finance but all the guidance was easy to follow and I feel anyone could implement it.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Money: The Top 100 Best Ways to Make and Manage Money?

Although the advice on how to make money was really interesting, I especially liked the tips on how to manage your day-to-day budget. Even after a few days I feel like I am managing my money much more carefully.

Have you listened to any of Joshua Mackey’s other performances? How does this one compare?

Everything I have heard narrated by Joshua Mackey is enthusiastically presented and clear.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Of course, this book is not really about moving people but giving practical financial advice and it certainly does that.

Don't expect complicated financial advice or complex jargon, but do expect down-to-earth guidance and steps you can actually understand and implement.

Grow your income and save money

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would definitely recommend this audiobook as it will motivate everyone to reach their goals and achieve a lifestyle they're dreaming off.

This book is offering great advice on how to save and manage your money but also avoid common mistakes that can stop you from growing your income. It will prepare you mentally to succeed and don’t get discouraged. Given are also wealthy habits that you can implement in your daily routine in order to improve your earning potential.

Who Doesn't Want to Make Money?!

This book is perfect for anyone looking to find easy ways to increase their personal wealth. The tips it provides are practical and easy to implement in your everyday live. I particularly liked the section on what habits can be used to increase wealth and the budgeting tips as that's something I've always struggled with.
I've definitely found myself saving more and I can't wait to use some of the investing advice! I would definitely recommend!

Simple ways to increase your earnings

I would consider myself to be a fairly thrifty person, however I am not very entrepreneurial and I have always wanted to invest my money into something or look into ways of making some extra money. I found this guide very insightful and useful. It has opened my eyes to a lot of opportunities and actual possibilities I never would have thought of. I am excited to look into them and see if I can make anything from it. You can tell that the author is very passionate and insightful on this subject. Definitely worth a listen.

Practical, successful and clever.

What other book might you compare Money: The Top 100 Best Ways to Make and Manage Money to, and why?

I can compare "Money." to "Motivation" and "Saving money" by Ace McCloud because it contains very useful tips how to earn money, how to ask others for financial advice and control of your money. All three audiobooks shows how important is being well organized, highly motivated and don't gave up to reach your goals.

Which scene did you most enjoy?

I most enjoy chapter of "Money" linked with how to set your financial goals like short, middle and long term – like pay off last bills, pay off all your debts in the last three years. I like the question: "What motivate you?". Like buy new items, better education for children or go to holiday.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I have a personal experience like prepare my home budget in easy steps – save copy of bills, gather all your monthly expenses, figure out where you income are coming from – job, rental, self-employment money, etc., compare your expenses and income.
Check your energy bills – what you can save on it. I installed solar panel and it is a great help in saving money for your energy, try to using laptop more than PC. All these tips are very practical and handy - and save your money. That is really works.

McCloud suggests useful links and website that you can create your business like oDesk,, Amazon, YouTube, etc. It is very useful advice to make online research what is best place to work for you and how you can earn money easy and attractive way. McCloud gives a valuable and rational opinion about all of place that you can set up your business. Also gives idea how much you will earn at the beginning and after your business will be successful.

A goldmine of information

Would you consider the audio edition of Money: The Top 100 Best Ways to Make and Manage Money to be better than the print version?

I think the audio version is more accessible, because of the value added by the narration. This creates a resource that is inherently stimulating and engaging; it held my attention and it was easy to stop and start without losing the thread, or my place.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Money: The Top 100 Best Ways to Make and Manage Money?

I valued the encouragement to list the negative views and limiting beliefs that I have about money, and then to replace them with positive affirmations. I didn't realise how many negative responses I have to money.

What about Joshua Mackey’s performance did you like?

It was clear, unfaltering and approached the subject with his usual contagious enthusiasm. It's quite a skill to take such a dry subject and create something engaging.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I think it needed to be broken up to give time to digest the vast amounts of information. I listened to it in two sittings over a couple of days.

Money contains guidance on our attitudes to wealth, setting financial goals, budgeting, what habits rich people develop (really interesting!), starting a business, earning money through sideline ventures and making money from money. It contains so many great ideas, but I really appreciated the encouragement to think about why we want more money. Money to set us free rather than money to enslave us. Great stuff!

the narrotor should qualify as my favourite character, the passion he put in the narration is immense

What does Joshua Mackey bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

the words are well articulated and you could hear the tonal variations clearly.

Yes. it got me thinking how i was mismanaging my finances.

the narrator is the hero in this book. as much as the content is fresh and informative, most of us could have missed some key elements if we read the text book. Ace Mccloud researched this well.

Attract money to your life!

I found this audio-book fantastic. I liked the way it first explored how your subconscious feelings about money can hold you back in terms of good money management and even making money. The exercises helped me to better understand some of the habits and assumptions that affect financial success.

There is something in this book for everyone, whether you already have a business, or are thinking of setting one up, or if you just want some great tips and ideas on how to improve your financial situation. I found the instructions on how to write a business plan very easy to follow, and extremely useful.

I particularly enjoyed the chapter on the best "millionaire habits", and the chapter on business ideas, which were both inspiring and motivating. This audio-book also touches on freelancing, how to generate passive income, and how to invest your money wisely. I highly recommend this book!

Helped Me Improve the Way I Handle and Make Money

This is by far the best book I have found online! It feels like this audio book was written just for me! This really helps me a lot especially with my interest in business. I have tried investing my money to several businesses, all of which never worked out for me. I never knew that I was investing my money to the wrong ones. Apart from investing my money to random money-making scams, I am also such a big spender. I spend my money to buy anything “cute” simply because I am a sucker for cute things!

Now that I have learned the basics of why, when and how I should spend my money, I am going to try my best to resist spending on things that are not really that important and use it to buy or pay for more relevant things instead.

Big thanks for this book! It helps a lot!

the top 100 obvious ways to make barely any money

Most of these ideas are really obvious and wouldn't really make any sizeable income. Is 'offer to cut your neighbour's lawn, sell your gadgets on eBay and complete online surveys really the best you could think of?
The few ideas that are more complex like stocks and bonds are poorly explained with a half paragraph of info.
The only part i thought was interesting was the 'how to start a business' portion which admittedly had some good advice.
