"Great beginners book!"
This book is a great introduction to mindfulness.
It begins with a clear explanation of what mindfulness is and then provides specific examples of how you can practice mindfulness in different situations.
If you've been looking to get started with mindfulness this book is a good way to get started. It's short but it contains information and examples that are easy to understand and you can start practicing immediately.

"A repeat listen"
Please note I received this audiobook as a courtesy. This audiobook however is truly a gift. The author goes through examples of how to become mindful in life and relationships. Because it is short you can hear it repeatedly and learn something new each time. The narrator's voice is soothing and it feels like a conversation. I suggest this audiobook for anyone who wants to begin a journey on how to become mindful.

"A constant reminder"
The narrator is so easy to listen to, would be the voice to use on a meditation book. The book was simple and makes it a great choice to read more than once as a reminder once in a while
Stop for a moment and silence everything, just enjoy my surroundings and be mindful of the beauty that lies everywhere but are always too busy to notice in my daily routine.

"Overview of benefits, not a how-to"
I was voluntarily provided this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator.
This audiobook was not really a tutorial in mindfulness as it did not offer specific techniques for achieving mindfulness. The author did touch briefly upon different types of mindfulness exercises, but the main focus was an overview of how mindfulness can benefit your life. Would probably give 4 stars if the audiobook was titled properly - maybe "Introductory Overview of Mindfulness."
"Perfect for beginners"
Yes! Just a great reminder on how to live a quality life. So easy to get caught up in the everyday humdrum - this gives you simple exercises to help you refocus immediately.
Loved the simple, everyday, easy, exercises.
AWESOME! Her calm soothing voice made you want to live a more mindful life. She had perfect enunciation on thoughts that were important to remember. Could listen to her voice all day long!!
Most of it! Focus on the moment, how to reconnect to the moment, and how to make each moment important.
