"excellent meditations that are easy and intuitive"
The most enjoyable aspect of these meditations is how you can jump right into them without prior knowledge of meditation, or being an expert at mindfulness. This audio is a really easy way to just meditate without really thinking about it, or overthinking the meditation process.
Learning mindfulness for me has been crucial to stress reduction and managing anxiety, especially during the holidays. This has been a great guide for learning simple techniques.

This is something that instantly clicked for me. It isn't overly complicated, and a lot of these can be done rather quickly in the morning, during a break in the day or even right before bed. I was impressed by the narration and the music was disarming and calming. Great body of work.

This bundle has been a great way to unwind and relax. The guided meditations are easy and pretty straight forward. It is a nice way to start an evening or my morning. I enjoyed the accompanying music and really liked the narrations for very soothing performances.
I did not see the print version but the audio edition have great value by itself.

Easy way to unwind and get back into meditation, or just try it out. Awesome value for a credit and the narrations are very thorough.
The book has 12 chapters. Each chapter is about 47 or 49 minutes. But there is only 15 minutes of meditative content in each chapter. After 15 minutes it's just music which is looped. The meditative content repeats itself for 3 chapters before switching to new meditative material. So chapters 1 through 3 are the same. 4 through 6 are the same. 7 through 9 are the same and 10 through 12 are the same. This book was a waste of my credit and should be removed from the audible catalog.

What a wonderful way to learn meditation immediately. I loved that the meditations were simple, easy and not overly long. A week's worth of meditations. Really great.
I found this to be an effective way to practice mindfulness. The techniques left me relaxed and in the moment. There are many meditations so you can't go wrong. Was recommended to me by a coworker. She was right that it would help with stress relief.
