    1 short chapter of how to relax for meditation , 11 chapters of the sound waves crashing and slow music..

    The book has 12 chapters. Each chapter is about 47 or 49 minutes. But there is only 15 minutes of meditative content in each chapter. After 15 minutes it's just music which is looped. The meditative content repeats itself for 3 chapters before switching to new meditative material. So chapters 1 through 3 are the same. 4 through 6 are the same. 7 through 9 are the same and 10 through 12 are the same. This book was a waste of my credit and should be removed from the audible catalog.

    This is a jam packed audiobook with lots of meditations to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't read the description before ordering. Awesome value for a credit. Nicely narrated and has a lot of great music. Easy meditations which don't take forever to finish. I am pleased!

    Would you consider the audio edition of Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners: Learn to Meditate and Become More Mindful with Guided Meditation, Self Hypnosis, Affirmations, Guided Imagery and Relaxation Techniques to be better than the print version?

    I did not see the print version but the audio edition have great value by itself.

    "Incredible Bundle for Any Meditator"
    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    This was recommended to me by a coworker. I thanked her 3 times already, because my mood has improved so much since I've started meditating thanks to this audio. It has brought to my attention a different way to deal with stress.

    Excellent way to manage stress and keep anxiety at bay. This helps me stay balanced and keep a broader perspective so that the little things don't eat away at my happiness. Wonderful collection!

    This is something that instantly clicked for me. It isn't overly complicated, and a lot of these can be done rather quickly in the morning, during a break in the day or even right before bed. I was impressed by the narration and the music was disarming and calming. Great body of work.

    "recording skipped early on"

    I was able to listen to about an hour of it - afterwards it skipped constantly. thankfully, audible offers returns and I received a credit. my review is a reflection of an hour of listening. overall, I love audible!
