This book gives a good general idea of what's going on when you memorise any type of information. I would have liked more examples of techniques, but these can be gained from other authors whose books are available on audible. Still, it was worth the purchase price.

this book should pique your curiosity in relation to memory tactics. this is by noooo means a comprehensive guide to memory tactics, so do not take it as such. the author did a great job in putting together a summary of some necessary topics related to memory. good job to the author.

not the profound enlightening secret some people are hoping for but rather a quick guide for techniques of memory improvement that can be easy and enjoyable as well as tips for a healthier lifestyle and causes of memory loss.
