I can summarise this book for you in 3 sentences...
1 pay attention to what you are being told.
2 have a decent diet and get enough rest.
3 keep your mind active.
This book gives a good general idea of what's going on when you memorise any type of information. I would have liked more examples of techniques, but these can be gained from other authors whose books are available on audible. Still, it was worth the purchase price.
"Four things I liked about this book."
Four thing I liked about this book. Informative, concise, short and cheap. I don't always need a long story to bring me to a point. The author give me information without filling up pages.
"Good book with good advice"
This book has great advice for brain health. It validates and reinforced ideas I have heard from other sources!
"Great if you're a third grader"
With a tag line like that, I expected at least one little nugget of useful info but the content was all stuff that and middle schooler should already know.
"good intro to memory tactics."
this book should pique your curiosity in relation to memory tactics. this is by noooo means a comprehensive guide to memory tactics, so do not take it as such. the author did a great job in putting together a summary of some necessary topics related to memory. good job to the author.
"Sweet and short"
This is a great book to read if you have already experience a lot with memory training. It's very nice but wish it was longer with more advice on how to use the techniques
covers the basic what to eat.How to exercise your brain. And allot of common sense
"High level overview of memory improvements."
This is a good introduction into memory improvement techniques. Does not get in depth on anything, but gives you a starting place on some of the more popular techniques.
nothing new here. save your money for a more detailed book or program like Ron White.
"very common sense. was expecting a lot more."
not really worth the money. everything is simplified. common sense stuff you can google. stuff you already knew.
not the profound enlightening secret some people are hoping for but rather a quick guide for techniques of memory improvement that can be easy and enjoyable as well as tips for a healthier lifestyle and causes of memory loss.
