Publisher's Summary

Memory Manipulation

Learn Memory Improvement and Boost Your Brain Power

Do you consider yourself forgetful and need help in improving your memory? Are you worried because you have trouble concentrating and tend to forget even the simplest things?

Whether you're already in your twilight years and are already experiencing memory lapses, or you just want to improve your memory to do better in school or at work, the good thing is that you have the ability to increase your brain's ability no matter what age you are! Several studies show that the brain has the ability called neuroplasticity where it can adapt to change no matter what age you are. That means, even if you start training your brain as an adult, your memory can still be improved; and I will show you how to remember anything with this book.

Here are a few things you will learn from this book:

  • Causes of memory loss
  • Memory improvement techniques
  • Things you can do to keep improving memory and prevent memory loss
  • Visualization and association
  • Ten foods that improve the memory
  • And much more!

This book is incredibly basic, and very badly written. Equivalent content is freely available on websites dealing with memory techniques.

    "Interesting."

This book gives a good general idea of what's going on when you memorise any type of information. I would have liked more examples of techniques, but these can be gained from other authors whose books are available on audible. Still, it was worth the purchase price.

"Four things I liked about this book."

Four thing I liked about this book. Informative, concise, short and cheap. I don't always need a long story to bring me to a point. The author give me information without filling up pages.

    "good intro to memory tactics."

this book should pique your curiosity in relation to memory tactics. this is by noooo means a comprehensive guide to memory tactics, so do not take it as such. the author did a great job in putting together a summary of some necessary topics related to memory. good job to the author.

"High level overview of memory improvements."

This is a good introduction into memory improvement techniques. Does not get in depth on anything, but gives you a starting place on some of the more popular techniques.
