This is a really good and interesting collection of books.
I particularly enjoyed the book on massage therapy. I have always wanted to understand this area more fully and enjoyed learning about the acupressure and trigger points in the body to alleviate pain and release tension. I often get a lot of headaches and so I was delighted to learn about the trigger points in the head and neck that can ease them.
The other two books in the collection are also very informative and helpful in learning ways in which you can ease pain and even prevent health issues from occurring through certain treatments but mainly through diet. The author of this book is evidently very passionate about the subject and provides a lot of very objective but educated guidance on vital things such as diet.
These three books work perfectly together and help you to form your own fitness and pain management plan to help you work towards gaining the necessary energy to lead a fulfilling life.
“Massage: Pain: Health" is a great trilogy about our health and how to reduce pain using massage and others alternative methods.
The most memorable moment was about equipment. McCloud advices inexpensive and affordable tools that you can buy to support your massage like head massager, backnobber, trigger point performer roller or massage ball. Also you can try more advance method like acupressure food massager or massage chair.
My favourite is scene about Mediterranean diet that contains lots of fresh fruit and veg, as well as olives oil, pastas and tasty sauces, soups like Greek lentil soups. Very valuable is also advice how to use coconut oil for cooking, prepare dressings or even use as a cosmetic. “Health” contains a list of food that are harmful for us like sugar, calories, sodium, trans fats and preservatives.
Definitely it is worth to listen but because it is 3 in 1 set is better to split listening session for 3 days and listen all audiobooks separately. They are similar in general topics like health but introduce different subjects - massage, pain and health.
Very interesting are heat and cold therapy that you can find very useful dealing with your pain. McCloud also offers very wide of medical solution like common pills or more strong drugs as well as surgeries and various laser therapies. Very good set that enrich your life style!
"Great audio for pain relief!"
This is a great audio filled with lots of great advice. I especially liked the massage and pain management sections as I have a variety of aches and pains throughout my body that have been plaguing me for many years. The massage section helped a lot, especially with my neck and back pain and the pain management had lots of great tips for dealing with pain in general, from all natural supplements to mental techniques and how to heal injuries with heat and cold therapy.
The health section was quite extensive as well and I realized a few critical things that I had been doing wrong in my life that had been leading to low energy and some of my pain. I have started juicing and eating smaller meals more often. Those two changes alone have made a dramatic difference. Highly recommended!
"Massage away your pain"
This audio book offers a variety of different tips and techniques to use massage therapy to help with pain management. As someone who has had a history of back and hip problems I found this very helpful. There is a range of different levels and styles to choose from. This is a great addition to any health regimen!
This is yet another great set of books by Ace McCloud. Massage Therapy and Pain Management work very well together, especially,, but then you get the added benefits of the book about overall health.
What I liked most is the one about pain management, because I have been dealing with a leg pain for the past six months or so and I had been going to a chiropractor, but the sessions with her result in just temporary relief, and while she says doing exercises and stretches help, she doesn't say specifically what kinds. This book describes some for me to try.

This is another great 3in1 book set done by Ace McCloud. If you want to learn about healthy eating and living, massages or how to manage pain, these are the books for you. You will learn so much and be feeling so much better after doing some of these ideas in these books. Its good quality at such a cheap price!

Yes, I would read "Massage Therapy: Pain Management: Health Secrets" again because it is full of great ideas and techniques that can help you take care of any pain you may be experiencing through massage. Of course, the pain the pain you are having is not going to help you maintain good health, so Ace offers many suggestions on vitamins and natural supplements that will help as well.
Another book that I would compare "Massage Therapy: Pain Management: Health Secrets" to would be "Massage Therapy: Health Secrets: Ultimate Energy." They both offer the same ideas and strategies, but this book includes exercises that will stimulate and maintain your energy.
As always I enjoyed Joshua Mackey's performance as a narrator. He is pleasant to listen to, and is always full of excitement.
If I was to make a film out of this book, my tag line would be: "Pain Can Lead To a Great Massage, Which Will Improve Your Overall Health."
