As a mom, wife, and social media entrepreneur, Mallika Chopra frequently wondered how she could possibly do one more thing. Like so many, she was taking lousy care of herself and having a difficult time finding richer meaning and purpose in each day, even though that was her business's mission. Living with Intent is a practical yet deeply personal look at her year-long journey to discover some workable answers. Along the way, she sat down with Andrew Weil, Eckhart Tolle, Gretchen Rubin, Marianne Williamson, Daniel Siegel, and others, who shared their valuable input and insight.

With this insightful and often funny memoir, Mallika Chopra gives ideas and encouragement to anyone who wants to live with intent. (Gretchen Rubin, best-selling author of The Happiness Project and Better Than Before)
"Clearly, Deepak is not the only lifestyle sage in the Chopra family. Mallika is warm, wise, and witty and Living with Intent is a wonderful and helpful read."(Don Miguel Ruiz, best-selling author of The Four Agreements)
"Mallika Chopra is a refreshingly honest writer who shares her transformative journey from stress, fear, doubt, overwhelm, procrastination and guilt into a life of true happiness and self-acceptance. This brilliant book provides a template of gentle, doable, baby-steps that will take you by the hand and lead you to living a joyful life. Reading this book is like having the world's best friend on speed dial." (Arielle Ford, author of The Soulmate Secret)
I picked this book because it's by a female Chopra, why not?! But it's so much more. Mallika is relatable and admits to struggles like me! Highly recommend.
"I felt like Mallika knew me. An honest, inspirational book. :)"
As a 44 year old, married mother of two, this book gave me some perspective that I'll always cherish. (And you don't have to be into meditation to appreciate its wisdom!) Though now I might give it a try...
Great advice and practical suggestions for living with intent of you are feeling stuck in any aspect of your life!!!
"Worth every penny"

"Decent Book & Performance"
The quality of the voice is not pleasant nor is it relaxing to listen & enjoy for my listening preference.
The writing style (grammar & flow) is decent. The book reads like a journal & a high school (not grad school) term paper (which is not bad but also not great).
The plot (content) holds decent & simple truths (nothing profound). Sharing her journey in life is a very nice way for her to connect with others going through similar situations in order to normalize certain life stresses; she did a lovely job in this regard.
"The book you never knew you needed."
I very rarely write reviews, but this book deserves it. If you've ever described yourself as "busy", "tired", "overwhelmed", you've wondered about your purpose, or you just need something to lift you up from the chaos of the every day - this book is for you. I love Mallika's style and delivery, and while I sometimes thought she was a bit flippant about her background, her message is genuine and clear, and I believe it would be the same regardless of her status. Listen or read this book!
"motivational and enlightening"
Mallika's book has a very interesting and motivational message.
Because it could very well be a snap shor of the life of any woman today, finding her meaning and way in life towards living with purpose, w
we can relate to its story and find new avenues to improve our, (in our blinded eyes), meaningless and empty existence.
I am glad I decided to by this audio book and I am eager to put into practice some of the tools mallika gracefully handed over to us.
Thank you Malika for an enlightening and refreshing piece of literature.
"I intend to share this book with others!"
This was an excellent book filled with personal stories and concrete examples of how to live with intent.
Mallika is very relatable and I recognized myself in her struggles as a professional and as a mother. I can't recommend this book enough!!!
