"Down to earth meditation"
I'm not your typical meditation type, but I believe in the value of it. What I love about Iyanla's approach to meditation is that it's about connecting with the sacred energy within us all, but nothing she says or does feels "out there" to me - I have no trouble connecting with these practices. I also find them incredibly helpful on a daily basis. I use the clearing practice before I work - I'm a writer - and then end the day with balance, healing and consecration. They've improved my state of mind, attitude and general well-being immensely. I highly recommend.
I still need to work with LIVING FROM YOUR CENTER some more to give it a good chance. The author speaks with confidence and power, and is pleasing to listen to. The meditations are pretty long. She asks you to tune in to what your body is saying you need to heal. You have to go through all of the meditations to get to the one you want to concentrate on. I say its worth a listen.
"Great meditation piece"
I listen at bedtime. It helps me to relax and release unwanted energies from the day or blocked energy stored from the past.
