It's a good buy, the workout is solid.
Content is useful but takes too long to get to the point, it could be summarized in 15min.
The review is highly personal, I really don't care much about the motivational psychology and narrative the author fills the blanks with, however the spin he puts on the narrative performance with the accent and bravado is hilarious and entertaining.

I love a book read by the author. Listening to this feels like being coached by Pavel himself. I've been lifting weights for 15+ years and this program is making me both stronger and leaner. I never understood how awesome kettlebells are until I started this. they really are didn't and in many ways better. I highly recommend this book. Pavel has a great sense of humor and a casual writing style that I really like. He's effective, entertaining and funny.

As a Russian kettlebell coach, I can say that Pavel's work is groundbreaking and foundational. He inspires, educates and entertains and his books are a must read for all aspiring kettlebell enthusiasts, and especially trainers.

Nothing fancy here, just effective. As a S & C in football (soccer) I don't have as much time as I would like to have in weight room or to work on movement qualities. What I found is that short and frequent exposure to strength practice can make a huge (positive) difference in a long run. Lessons taken from this book will take that differences on a next level.
