Join renowned vegetarian chef Rose Eliot, OBE, and a diverse group of people as they gather in Rose's sitting room to learn about mindfulness meditation from the wise and witty Buddhist monk Rose has invited to her home. Simple and beautiful :)
Loved it. An interesting, insightful listen and a lovely story from Rose Elliot. I would recommend it as a great introduction to Buddhism once you have familiarised yourself with the concept of Mindfulness.
