Powerful benefits of this eight-hour program include:
Just start listening to this eight-hour program when you're ready for bed, and get comfortable to fall asleep. In the first two hours, you'll drift off to sleep with our alpha theta white light deep sleep induction, which will relax your body and mind and prepare for rejuvenating REM sleep.
Then approximately two hours into your program when your REM cycle starts, the overcome stage fright boosting track will gently play, helping you get rid of blocks and anxiety around performing in front of people, and boosting your confidence and focus.
The next four hours of the program contain subconscious deepening and anchoring points that work with your brain waves to keep you deeply relaxed, helping you eliminate limiting beliefs about your ability to speak in front of crowds and perform, and helping you to create calm and confidence when you're on stage, no matter the situation. You'll then be given a wake ending, in which you'll gently be woken up and given positive suggestions for a great day.

I typically struggle to fall asleep. Well I struggled even more falling asleep with that programme. The relaxing steps are going too fast, no time to take it in, visualise the staircase and fully relax. I fell asleep much later, due to the constant noise, and got woken up by the voice when the next chapter started! I had to stop the book and went back to sleep. What an exhausting night! Gutted I wasted money, I will still try and listen to chapter 3 (the one about stage fright) from time to time, that's the only useful bit.
