"There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true." (Kierkegaard)
The quote above is vital to ponder when we are confronting a belief system that arthritis is reversible.
Arthritis reversal is more about human potential. On doing research for this audiobook I studied several body-building groups. I found one in Japan where the minimum age is 75 years. That's right; you have to be 75 years old to join. A lot of people think that as we age we're supposed to break down, and that's not true. If you don't drive a car, the car is going to last a long time; but if you don't drive a body, it's going to break down early. With human beings, the more we use our body, the longer it works.

Better research. Better narrator.
The so called advice. Nothing worked.
Anger. Felt I wasted my money.
Arthritis is horrible and sufferers will reach for anything that may help them feel better. Unfortunately this can lead to people wasting their money....as I did with this book. Utter nonsense. Very very poorly researched, bad writing, horrible narration. UGH!!!
I found the information in this book very enlightening and will be trying out the suggestions for regenerating discs and improving/curing arthritis. I felt there could have been a summing up at the end of book, of the methods mentioned and some elaboration on them. If this works though I will change the review from 4 to 5 stars.
Massively informative. Tells you so much about all sorts of pain/disease and a better way to view your massively ingenious body and its ability to heal and regenerate itself. Just read it. If you are interested in being an individual and helping yourself be well - read it. So much helpful non pharmaceutical advice. Eye- opening! Check your forward head carriage/alignment. Got MS? Read it!!!!
"No enough information"
His youtube videos provide more information on how to reverse arthritis or at least he can tell you in few minutes
"Avoid! This is utter nonsense :("
It was nonsense - a lot of the advice from this so called "best seller" has either been proven to NOT work or it was just the sort of stuff you get for free from a leaflet.
Arthritis is an awful awful infliction and I really hoped i would get SOMETHING from this book to help me - all i got was annoyed! Sorry, this was really awful.
Loved the message. He gives reasons for examining our paradigms derived from past conventions. He goes farther to provide details and methods. I am glad I chose this book to begin a new way of looking at my health, nutrition and exercise.
Would of liked more specifics and less true stories. I am already a believer, just need more direction.
