Old and useless, deals with middle/high class working men (office work) who don't do much outside work but meet friends, attend classical music concerts and read the morning newspaper. Complete waste of time for someone who wants to find ways of fitting more activities in a day.
"A bit dated but still....."
Many of the examples in this book are dated but the ideas and overall theme are excellent. This could be a life changing book.
"old but good"

definitely describes how one can utilize their time to a more effective successful rewarding maker with the intention of realizing that you are in control of everything.
This is a great book that I really enjoy listening to over and over again.
