"Excellent help book"
Yes, if they were having the same difficulty as I have been having. It has helped boost my confidence, and see things from a different perspective.
The realization that I also need to change, and that I am too passive possibly causing some of the (passive) aggressive people in my life to treat me the way that they do.
I don't have a favorite, but I can say that it was helpful to hear some of the stories that I can relate to.
Yes. I often found myself sitting in the car in my garage, after I arrived home from my 40 minute commute, listening to the book until I found a good stopping point.
I enjoyed listening to the narrator's voice. It was very pleasant, and understandable.
"Good Content but difficult audiobook"
So far I like the content, but the narrator is just reading slowly and in a not engaging way. So I've been re-listening the narration over and over. If you can pay attention to the sleepy narration way this is for you, if it's not, maybe get the book and read it yourself.
"A lot of good stuff--generalities too"
Overall, this book was good. It starts with generalities, and ends with them too. But in between there a lot of good examples that help you with practical advice and tactics you can use right away.it was good to read about some of the examples of people that are difficult to deal with, and ways to confront them brother wise work with them to get things done. This is especially true of difficult people on the workplace. I'm not so sure the book to going to any level of detail to truly dealing with an impossible person. Still, a good read.
"easy listening and motivating"
enjoyed listening to this book. got some insight in how to view people. this book has opened me into wanting to learn more about holding my ground and confidence.
nice book for beginners. I enjoyed the storyline and it was a good reminder for me.
