Interesting view on blood pressure

I really enjoyed the insights into the causes of hypertension that are in this book. I was a little concerned that it would be too spiritual but it is not at all. If you have high blood pressure and don’t really understand why then read this. It may not solve the problem but it will give food for thought.

Phenomenal and astounding. And this applies to more than hypertension

I am speechless. Dr. Mann does for hypertension, what Dr. Gabor Maté did for trauma, addiction and dissociation (but 25 years earlier!!!).

My own SUDDEN hypertension five years ago got me on the path of healing and self discovery and it’s still almost impossible for me to tap into those hidden emotions (I know they are there but a combination of a gas lighting parents when growing up and a series of childhood trauma which my body remembers but I don’t).

Upon reading this book, I changed therapists and have have found a new cognitive hypnotherapy modality (No it’s not hypnosis).

I wish everyone (including GPs) would read this book and it is so full of human compassion, empathy, and love.
