"I am being thrown a life raft"
I have been searching for something to help me over the hump, and this is it. I was cruising thru Audible looking for something that could touch me in a familiar , deeply, soulful way, and this is it. I not able to listen to high pitched. excited, selling type of voices. I was almost about to give up, and then Spirit just thru this in the mix. My grandfather was a preacher, my mother was a choir director, and the way Iyanla has the prayers, songs, and breathing meditation organized, makes all the since in the world to me. I am finding, much peace of mind, and joy from this Blessing, thank you Iyanla for this gift. Thank you heaven for the guidance.

I love this book. It is self help, it is medicinal, and it is healing!
I thought it would be more like a motivational self help book where as she would deliver an inspirational novel. This was more along the lines of breathing techniques than anything. What can I say. Guess she was trying something new.

Good book for understanding spirirual energies and unlocking them. It is good for self discovery , inner peace, and self love.
This book is usable. Should be used before or during any meditative practice
