Find your way thruogh your stuff and time

Yes, you can find new ideas and help in this audio book. I like how the author is giving tools anyone can use rightaway. Do not miss it.

Started well, but...

First couple of chapters seemed good, but after an hour of hearing nothing but her thoughts on God, stories about her parents and "inner light", I was very confused. Book didn't get any better, actually sent me to sleep. Very disappointing.
