Educational
Easy to listen to and giving some good tips for understanding the root problem. Probably only for beginners in the journey of overcoming emotional eating. I totally disagree with the medical information on drug to suppor the binge eating, but I hope others would ask their doctor

Light weight
I can understand why they offer a refund towards the end. As far as books go this was a little bit more that an informative leaflet.

Very informative
I found this book very informative, interesting and easy to listen to. I feel that it provides a good overview of the subject and has definitely encouraged me to research further.
It has also taught me some good skills to address my emotional eating.
I have recommended this to my sisters as a good introduction on the topic.

Oh please this is terrible.
Please save yourself some money and just do a google search of the title and read a healthline article. This has to be one of my most pointless purchase all year.
