"Slept like a baby"
I fell asleep quite quickly listening to this. It was recommended to me by a close friend. We both work at the same company...a stressful work environment to say the least. I've tried many things to fall asleep. This certainly did the trick. I will keep using it and hope it continues to have the same effect.
I enjoyed the voice, the music and the overall calm feeling.
It helps me with falling asleep. I don't know if the quality of my sleep improved, but honestly I'm just glad to be asleep when I'm supposed to be...

"Amazing sleep during this session"
I often work night hours and need to sleep during the day ... something that can be very hard to do with all the daylight, noise and my body trying to keep me up. I know I finished this session, but I don't remember it because I was asleep! I think I fell asleep ten minutes in, I'm not sure. But, I do know that I woke up refreshed. I'm grateful for this hypnosis and will be using it again - hopefully with the same exact results.
Overall, it did what it said and got me to sleep. I woke up feeling like I had actually slept.

I got some pretty good sleep after the hypnosis session while listening to the music part. I slept very well. The audio wasn't eight hours though, so I'd like no end credits so that it doesn't interrupt the sleep cycle. Keep it on a quieter setting to make sure the end credits don't wake you.

1. Thae Narrator sounds like she's trying to seduce me...
2. after I fell asleep I was woken yp 2 hours later by the Narrator saying that "this has been an audiobook by.... ..." needless to say I was immensely pissed off!

This is not a good hypnosis book, but it seems with all of their books they start out with 8 five star ratings with leads me to believe they are padding the rating system. If so thats not a great way to sell audio books. Its not worth the purchase and not a five star book
