Psychology and Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) are two of the most powerful forces available to mankind. For too long, these disciplines have been kept secret from the masses. Some of the most devastating insights into the human mind have been hidden away in the pages of psychology journals - dark secrets which offer the promise of power and influence, over ourselves and over others. It has been made almost impossible for outsiders to access the power of personal influence - until now.
In his book entitled Dark NLP, author Michael Pace combines insights from psychology's darkest studies and NLP's most effective techniques. You will be shown exactly what NLP is, before being offered insight into the immense levels of controversy it has generated over the years. NLP techniques will then be combined with those drawn from the most controversial areas of psychology to show you how to take control of yourself, and your own life, before you are able to extend your influence over others.
In this revealing book, you will also learn how to use advanced verbal and physical techniques to create a deep sense of connection, comfort, and rapport with almost anyone instantly. Proven methods to uncovering your deepest desires, and staying on the path of their pursuit, will be broken down for you in an easy-to-understand way.
Some of the most powerful masters of Dark NLP ever to walk the Earth will be provided to you as inspirational role models to learn from. You will also be shown how Dark NLP gives you a nuclear level advantage in the world of dating and romance.
This is your best chance to take control of your life once and for all. Act now - before someone else does.

That's a difficult one, I already know quite a lot about NLP and this audiobook offered nothing new for me. So for me it wasn't time well spent. I had hoped to find something new in this book about "dark NLP" but there was nothing for me. It's basically four hours of saying you can use NLP for dark purposes.
I think the book could have better explored "dark" subjects and have given better (and more) examples of nlp being used for "dark" or off the radar purposes. The book is quite pretentious and much could be cut out, because it adds little to the topic, it is simply "fill" to make the book a little thicker and the audiobook a little longer.
Not for me, i didn't find what i was looking for.
I have given a three star rating even though my critique may seem harsh. The more favourable rating is because the NLP aspect of the book is fairly accurate and is therefore sound. I wasn't impressed by the presentation or content but someone who is new to NLP could learn from this book and therefore it may be useful to them.
Mr Multi-dimensional Man
Strugled to stay with this one. Whilst I tried to remain open minded toward the negative reality discussed within it's content its, clear from the outset the approach to Human relations advocated by this audiobook is devoid of either life or soul and thoroughly self destructive for all concerned. Especially to those choosing to explore these toxic ideas to their ultimate conclusion.
I was looking forward to this book as I've read a few nlp books ..however it was terrible .. it took half of the time building up to what it was going to tell you ..and when it did tell you it could have been said in 30 mins ..very superficial ..nothing g substantial ..I wasted a credit on what felt like trickery
I have read a few nlp books this is not good
It has potential but is just scraping the surface
And the frase dark nlp is used extremely often as a commercial advertise
The book makes a big play out of the need to suspend all moral filters. It also sets a very dismal view of the world, seeing it completely in terms of predator and prey. While I can accept the need to be focused and driven, I think the Machiavellian thing is overdone.
Sadly this is yet another book which informs you that it is going to tell you something however it never actually fulfils this promise, must be written by using the same framework used by useless self help book writers. Seriously
Found the narration very difficult to follow. I felt like it was being narrated by a machine. There wasn't any emotion and not enough use of tone or pauses to make it more enjoyable. Content is great if you want to manipulate people, unfortunately it was a bad choice for me. The title should have given it away!!!
keeps saying throughout it will tell you how to use nlp in detail. it hardly tells you anything most people don't already know. nearly every chapter starts with saying you will learn exactly what to do . it doesn't. the tile makes this book sound interesting. it's not.
"used a lot of words to say nothing."
the author spent a lot of time telling you what this book is supposed to do and why it's going to but never really tells you how... I asked for my money back. waist of my time....
"good basic introduction"
every chapter problems is that the next chapter will go deeper into the concept however it never actually teaches you how to really delve into dark NLP it stays just at the surface giving only cursory knowledge but a great jumping-off point after reading this book you will know more precisely what you need to dive into each area that it touches so it's not at all the ways that I would recommend everybody started here
"Not many "how to's""
Give more detailed examples and used less "filler.."
There were no particular characters... it was a self help book.
"If you need to fall asleep"
It is very wordy for something so simple & the reader seems equally impressed as she drones on.
This "book" is one long bumper sticker. It never provides any detail on the alleged claims it makes. It is an advert for one version of NLP - and sounds like it was written by a 17 year old boy. Out of the last 60 odd books on NLP this is the most unsubstantiated, self indulged and quite frankly worst written literature on the subject.
Such a shame. May I have my month's credit back?
"Good introduction and overview of NLP"
I enjoyed this book. I was looking for an introduction to NLP and this book provides that. Using the term "dark" was a little confusing to me. I didn't find anything dark or sinister about the content. The narrator read too fast and sounded very mechanical. pauses between subjects would have gone a long way. Having said that, I will likely listen to it again.
This is an interesting book, but there seems to be a lot missing. I am assuming it is an abridged version?
"to broad stroke"
the speaker has a pleasant voice but it's slow and boring. The material is interesting as a 10000 foot U of NLP. It does very little of the specifics and guarantees in the and description. Not a bad starting Place - crappy textbook.
I think this book was a very introduction to the whole dark NLP view. While I am certainly not an expert of Dark NLP, this book gives a nice foundation to possibly build from.
I was hoping for more details. perhaps future editions could have scripts or situations where they give examples.
