A great scientific approach on how to build a true self-confidence that will last a lifetime. The author uses NLP techniques for achieving the goal. I was familiar with NLP before, but I was not aware that it is such a powerful tool which can be used in this purpose. The 21-day challenge is very well organized and it definitely made me more confident after completing it. This audiobook is also great to re-listen, which I do occasionally. 5 star rating from me!

I have enjoyed listening to this audiobook because it gave me a huge enthusiasm and hope that building a real confidence is actually possible. Throughout my entire life I felt insecure, because I suffer from mild social phobia, so I tend to avoid social gatherings. But after this book I feel much more motivated to actually change my life, and I believe that the author provided some awesome tips and strategies on how to build a strong self-confidence and improve your self-image following his advice.

I have struggled with confidence for many years due to past negative experiences. However, I am learning that you don’t have to let the past determine your future. There is also a great 21 day step by step process that teaches you a new strategy each day to get you on your way to becoming a confident person. Do yourself and get this book!
I love reading self-development books, and this one is straight to the point. Very effective and motivating audiobook on how to build a real self-confidence. There are different techniques explained, and I like how the author uses NLP for developing confidence. The 21-day challenge also sounds like a great plan to achieve my goals. The narration is performed extremely well, which is very important to me because I am not a native English speaker. Overall, a great little audiobook!

The sound quality and narrator are of good standard on this book. The contents of the book is also nicely put together. There is a fair bit of solid advice on how to build self-confidence and positivity.
Wendell Wadsworth is the narrator and I thought he was a good choice of narrator for this title. His delivery was clear and professional.
All in all, this is definitely a good choice for anyone wanting to build on their confidence. Nicely put together and professionally narrated.

This audio book made me feel good because it has opened my eyes as to how many people have a lot of self doubt. I did see a correlation in my personal relationships that has stemmed from my parents behavior. It was a rather freeing moment when I figured this out.
