"If you just want music to sleep by...."
99% of this is just Background music for a massage.
Very little hypnotic or other suggestion.
I do not feel any effort went into writing this.
I did not expect two hours of suggestion but expected more than a very few minutes. Very disappointed.
"Not for sleeping"
It relaxes you then uses harsh music and startles you with a loud voice at the end. Not a good book to listen to to go to sleep. Better used when your just relaxing during the day
Mostly music. One chapter with words. Sounds too much like book on lucid dreaming. Bummer
I loved it, but fell asleep quickly. I think it is a great concept and would recommend anyone to try this type of hypnosis
