"Wish I would have bought the book"
Sure! I love listening to him.
The story part of this is great. He tells about how he met his wife & that I didn't expect. What I was disappointed with was the PDF. I'm not finished with the book yet & there are already things missing in the PDF he refers to. I listen commuting to work, so I can learn while I drive...just can't take notes!

I think this is am awesome book. I bought the audio version because I was curious and I watch the show, but after listening to it I'm inspired to buy the printed version and try the program. I'm not too terribly over weight, having less than 50 lbs to lose but honestly, it might as well be 200lbs. I've struggled in my weight loss journey but Chris' program makes it seem very doable. ..so I'm gonna try, wish me luck

Chris is extremely thorough in this book and the repetition of certain information is greatly appreciated. I just wish I knew how to find the PDF that I should have received with this audiobook :/
