"Overall good hypnotherapy scripts and voice"
From a qualified hynotherapists perspective this is as good as any other audio self-hypnotherapy package out there. My only suggestion would be to try others as research has shown that different voices have different levels of success for different people

I've only used this sleep meditation a few times, but need to start using it NIGHTLY! I feel so incredibly rested the morning after using it it's unbelievable! No matter what the reason, this is worth a listen! :)
To be honest, I haven't done this on a regular basis to say for sure whether or not i feel more balanced. What I can say, is that immediately after every session, I feel totally better and relaxed. I actually play it while at work. The narrator's voice is very soothing.
