Although described as beginner/intermediate, I think that this is probably most suitable for beginners who want to walk on a treadmill, rather than run. Great advice on technique to maximize the results and strangely enjoyable! However,if you're used to walking/running and at least moderately fit, this is not the workout for you.
"Average workout, annoying speaker"
I've been using this for about a week now and it's a fairly decent workout. You just have to tune out all the filler that the guy says in between the different intervals. Apparently the guy doesn't know what the word 'inhibit' means as he repeatadly tells you to it's important to "inhibit your length" while at the same time telling you to be "tall, skinny and stretched." He uses other words incorrectly throughout the workout so I guess it's good for some laughs as well as a decent workout.
I work out alot but I struggle with getting bored with the same old thing. I am always looking for new things to do to keep it interesting. This was perfect. AND, it is a tough work out. It starts out easy but then really gets you moving in 20 minutes. It's really like having your own personal trainer with you.
"What a waste!"
I found this to be a TOTAL waste of time and money.
