"Learn how to embrace the b.s. of everyday life, keep your cool, and build the habit of happiness."
We all have our fair share of problems, anxieties, and insecurities. This is inevitable.
How we deal with these things directly dictates how happy, productive, and confident we are. Far too many of us remain victims of the ups and downs of everyday life.... But YOU don't have to.

excellent book with great Insights I have listened to it several times the fact that it is David himself narrating the book gives it a more intimate authentic feel. the examples given in the book have helped me to put the strategies into practice in my own life and start to conquer everyday stresses and worries which has been invaluable in living a more relaxed stress free life. many thanks to the author I look forward to his future work.
"Worth a listen"
This is the second piece I've read by the author. It seems to me Morenas is a part of an ever growing group of young guys like Patrick King, Greg Greenway, and others who have spun off the pick up movement. They've adopted the business/lifestyle model and elevated it to help take men (and a hand full of keen women) to the next phase of social evolution.
In this book Morenas is on a path of self discovery and improvement. I imagine the content and writing will continue to improve as he continues to grow as a leader. The interjection of unnecessary swear words to relate to his audience and his strength on certain opinions was a bit dissuasive at times. I appreciate his analogies even if occasionally long winded. The meat of his book is quite good and, perhaps for some, a bit thought provoking as well.
While I don't agree with all the thoughts and beliefs the author puts forward I didn't need to. He kept his personal politics at bay for the most part, which some authors severely struggle with, and there were a number of great take aways I can incorporate into my life. Some of the material acted as good reminders of many things I've let slip away and some was new and fresh. The advice being put forward is, in my opinion, solid. There are a handful of people I would love to hand this book to right now if I thought they would listen. As a young author and leader Morenas shows great potential.
Not after suffering through this one.
TELL the story instead of READING the story that is supposedly your own words.
Quick monotone delivery. He comes across as a young, know-it-all braggart instead of someone who his trying to share lessons with his listeners.
"Deeply insightful. simple and doable."
I loved this book. came across honestly and to the point. I could relate to the way David spoke. As if he was a good friend of mine talking straight and honestly to me. Listened to it three times. Each time I got more out of it. I'll go back to it again as often as I can.

listen to the whole thing while at work. Definitely help put some of my issues into perspective.
I love that he touched and focused on STAYING open. Personally, I've struggled with this and I will testify that closing yourself has physical repercussions. Don't do this to yourself. Please. Life is so much lovelier when your open!! Keep expanding my fellow HUMANS. You're worthy!
"I'm glad I listened to this book..."

with this stress in a way that works. His method to build gratefulness is the best I ever heard, I never felt a gratitude list worked for me. This book is well worth it!
