I absolutely loved this audiobook it has helped me immensely trying to cope with three small children with all the trials and tribulations that come with that and still trying to live life mindfully and with compassion especially for myself!!. This audiobook is never far from my side and when I'm feeling like I'm the only person in the world trying to deal with things it is the first thing that I turn too. Can't thank you enough for the kind words and excellent advice offered
Just hearing that another Buddhist mother does at times lose her temper and feel angry with the most important little people in the her world and it not mean she is a monster!!
great book but a lot like Buddism for Mothers which I enjoyed much more than this one.
radically appropriate for on the go listening! really pungent words of wisdom in wee lil snippets make it easy to follow and absorb.
