Excellent helps me sleep and my memory is getting better every single day was sceptical at first but seems to work
I have listened to other Sleep hypnosis books Joel Thielke and have found myself disappointed until today. The performance was excellent. And the ending wasn't extremely loud like in other sleep hypnosis book.
If this tour first sleep hypnosis book let me give you some heads up. The first time you listen to any new audio book you will,most likely not be able to sleep through the night because you are not use to the story or the speakers voice. The forth or fifth night will be better and with in two weeks you will sleep the whole night and wake up refreshed. It will take about 90 days for you to notice the results of the sleep hypothesis book.

I had to wake up and pause it as I was being awoken one too many times with her sudden narrative after some soothing sounds. I will try again but it really disturbed my sleep

I'm not sure if I'm getting more intelligent or not, but this audio book always seems to get me to sleep.

Just very boring and gave me a headache. I listened to it and expected more.
