"Very Easy Listen"

"Confession: I ordered this audiobook by mistake"
This book by S.J. Scott is permanently free on Kindle, and Steve Scott uses it as a lead magnet for his list of readers. When I ordered, I mistakenly accepted to order the audiobook version as well, which was inexpensive (less than 3 USD.) I should note that this is no reflection on the author. As it was inexpensive, I left the charge and downloaded the audiobook on my phone (my first Audible book!)
Though S.J. Scott has a very good reputation for the quailty of his books, I must say that expected no more than another book on habits, maybe a collection of blog articles or common advice freely available on the web. Boy, was I wrong!
This is a very well-researched book, full of important infornation about habits taken from credible sources (many of which I had previously read.) It is chock full of practical advise and credible examples, and it made me reconsider many of my previous approaches to curbing my bad habits.
And, most importantly, it is extremely well-written and edited. A quality asset indeed.
The quality of the narrator is impressive. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I finished the book on audio, and played it more than once.
From this book, I learned that a structured but simple approach is key to changing habits, and that lasting behavioral change is possible if approached realistically.

Most books I read about habits are either full of fluff or too information heavy. This book is simple and informative and holds my attention. If you like Mini Habits by Stephen Guise, you'll like this book because it's relatable and has straightforward concepts
