Insightful, helpful, interesting
There are many parts to this book which are fantastic. The author brings in-depth knowledge in to the causes of back pain, the different types and areas of pain and most importantly, treatments including medicine, natural methods and exercises which can even help to prevent future pain.
His voice is easily understandable for those who speak English, he makes the book easy to follow by speaking clearly and the book is even more enjoyable with his performance.
In my opinion, back pain is one of the worst physical discomforts and can really cause suffering. This book helps readers understand more about the spinal cord and back, reasons and causes of pain, a variety of treatments and even prevention methods. I have been doing the exercises directed in the book and I am feeling a difference already, so for that I am definately laughing. I want to thank the author for piecing together this book to help people with back pain in a really positive way.

This book on how to treat back pain was a really interesting and informative listen and I learnt many techniques and tidbits of information throughout this book.
The author does a tremendous job of identifying and explaining the different types of pain you can suffer in your back and goes into great detail in how you can prevent it. He also talks about some great natural ways to heal any back pain which are fascinating, including how staying hydrated can help.
There are also some exercises and and yoga poses that are easy-to-follow and the medical advice and options are detailed and helpful.
I would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone suffering from back pain as this book is an excellent guide to tackling it.

I'm guessing people will have mixed feelings about this, but I felt this book helped me. It does drag on (as many people have noted). it is slow developing but it gave me gave me the tools to save myself from the chronic pain that is notorious at destroying the quality of life. I'd recommend it to everyone who has chronic pain of any form
Having worked in retail for a number of years and it has given me a number of problems in my lower back and so I wanted to see if there was anything in this guide that could help ease the pain. It has a bunch of exercises and stretches that really help to build up strength in your back and also natural oils, essences and treatments to alleviate pain. It also explains the benefits of specialist treatment such as chiropractors. It also has a very useful guide on specific brands of equipment that can really support your back, which is very helpful when there are so many unreliable products on the market, so it can save you a lot of time, hassle and money.

I got this audio book from my friend who has an ongoing back pain after I injured my back during exercises. It might not be the perfect choice for someone who injured her back during training but it's certainly useful for people who suffer from mild, permament back pains. It introduced me to inversion tables, something I have no idea even existed and some back pain exercises that can be incorporated in everyday routine. It also has quite an interesting introduction that covers types of back pain and the most common reasons of them - as I said, maybe not for professional athletes, but can be useful.

I like that there are many different ways presented to ease back pain. The book doesn't dwell all on natural remedies or medications. Instead it gives you a little bit of everything that can help from chiropractic care to nutrition and exercises.
Joshua Mackey always gives a good performance. I never thought someone could read exercise directions to you and you would be able to understand them and want to do them. With is reading you do on both counts.
It is short enough to read at one sitting and it is probably good that you do. You will get an overview of what you can do to stop back pain and all the possibilities when you read it all at once. There is no chance you are going to forget something.
This book might not totally get rid of back pain, but something in it should help relieve it a bit. I enjoyed the fact that the book just doesn't tell you how to fix it. It tells you how it may have happened so you can avoid doing what you did to cause the back pain. It explains prevention methods and what to do if you already have back pain. The exercises were reasonable and easy to do. I wish I had this book before my back pain got so bad.

I just finished "Back Pain: Back Pain Treatment" and will be using the tips in it to work on back strength. I have always been prone to throwing out my back and spend time in an urgent care at least once a year for acute treatment. My doctor always tells me that I need to strengthen my back more and this book presents a number of exercises that will allow me to do this. Learning about the medical breakthroughs for back pain was also interesting because this is not something we often hear about. I also found the information on the different items that can help back pain to be really interesting and something that most books do not cover. I highly recommend everyone buy this book since back pain is something we all experience from time to time.
