This is a very educational book.

This is a very educational book. Put things in easy to understand and follow thru with. Give many suggestions to gather more information. I plan on getting more of her books.

I love this book.

I like how in the beginning they explain a lot about the anti-inflammatory diet. I honestly didn't know much about it til now. I love how in the beginning they even have a chart with things to eat and others to avoid. There are a lot of great recipes as well. They even have weekly meal planning in there. I love it!
