Everyone should own this particular audio. The best I've listened to thus far. Great practical exercises that you can very easily implement into your daily life. I will start today!
I found this to be a very motivational book, In general I would consider myself to be a very happy and positive person, but I do find that I do go through regular patches of negativity and demotivation hence why I purchased this audio book.
It is full of little hints and tips to help cultivate and maintain a positive attitude for example getting rid of negative influences and people in your life. An improved attitude can in turn lead to increased happiness so the two books work extremely well together.
Although there is no sure one way for people to find happiness, the book does help you to see how you can make positive changes in your life that can lead to increased happiness in life.
What a thoroughly inspiring and uplifting listen this book on attitude and happiness was. From start to finish it packs in so many helpful techniques and strategies to try to increase your overall happiness in life.
There are so many to choose from, but I’d have to say my favourite moment was learning more about some of the positive rituals and habits to incorporate for both morning and night. This section in particular was motivational and so simple to introduce.
I also really liked the parts on how to develop mental techniques for a positive attitude, while the section on how and why it’s important to realise that it is impossible to have 100% happiness all the time and how to achieve a balance.
This was an excellent and positive listen. Highly recommended!
I would recommend Attitude to anyone who feels stuck in a negative rut or needs motivation to strengthen their positive attitude to life. It’s packed with motivational information and suggestions to help you develop a solid and enduring positive outlook. I especially enjoyed the section that expounds the benefits of positivity and how this can promote success in every area of life. Attitude discusses rituals; habits we weave into the fabric of life that maintain positivity over time. I think that listening to this audio regularly would be a good place to begin, especially if you feel bleak and struggle to know where to begin in order to make changes. The section about successful people who have a positive attitude running through their veins was very interesting and inspiring.
Happiness can seem like an elusive, sometimes fleeting life experience, and we often look for it in all the wrong (external) places. This audio book teaches that happiness is something that we are (or become), not something that we find or that happens to us. It covers many aspects of life that we might not necessarily think of or pursue when seeking happiness. A few thorny subjects, such as stress and forgiveness, are tackled along the way, but the big adventure is becoming a person who builds happiness from the inside out – not from extravagant living, material gain, becoming rich or finding someone to “make” us happy. Excellent thought provoking and life enriching stuff!
"Positive Attitude Promotes Happiness & vice versa"
I was unaware how negative I had become! I thought I had a pretty decent outlook on life until I listened to this book and realized I had been excusing negativism in the name of truthfulness.
I found the author's practical tips to be just what I needed. Each tip was clear, simple and something I could easily start practicing. I especially appreciated the instruction to think about three things I'm thankful for before I get out of bed in the morning. While I'm still learning to do this consistently (some mornings I'm just not all that awake!), I have noticed a shift in my thinking that actually has me feeling more happy with life. And that's where the happiness book comes in.
I'm very glad these two books are combined, since they each affect the other. For an increased sense of well-being, I definitely recommend this book combination.

I am sure that if I take the advice and steps presented in this book, I will have a happier, more fulfilling life. This audio book helps you to realize that so many of us need to change our attitudes about our lives. I enjoyed hearing about other people who have struggled and overcome so much in their lives because of their perspective on things. It was very inspiring and motivational to hear! The techniques offered are extremely helpful and easy to start incorporating into your life. I had my husband listen to it when I was done. I am currently taking a look at the "weeds" in my life and making changes!
"Be Happier when You have a Positive Attitude"
It is up in the top 20 and I read a lot of self help books. I enjoyed this book very much. It is about an upbeat subject and was written in an upbeat, positive manner.
I loved the stories of people that had a good attitude and that helped them to become successful. I had no idea some of these successful individuals had so much trouble getting started and were looked down upon by their peers.
This is a nonfiction book and therefore, Mackey was the narrator. There are no characters, but Mackey brings even a non fiction book to life. His reading is interesting and keeps your interest even through this double book collection.
Attitude has much to do with happiness. Anyone can become a happy and satisfied person if they just change their attitude toward a positive slant.
You have more than 100 chance of finding something that will help you be happier in life in this book. There are things to think about, things to do, and things to change that will help your life be much more satisfying.
"Good info. for being happy!"
This is a great audio filled with good information on the things you can do to foster a good attitude and bring more happiness into your life! I know my attitude has been bad over the last year so figured I would try and improve it! I feel much better already have adopting a few of the strategies, such as how to turn a negative attitude into a positive one and by setting myself up for success every morning with a morning ritual. The morning ritual has really helped me a lot and I find that by getting my attitude in the right place early on it carries throughout the day. My wife says she has definitely noticed a good difference in me. I would definitely recommend this audio!
"Having a Positive Attitude Can Bring Happiness"
The three words that I would use to describe "Attitude: Happiness..." would be
"Attitude: Happiness: Discover the True Power of a Positive Attitude and The Top 100 Best Ways to Feel Good And Be Happy" is a self-help book. The only real character would be Joshua Mackey who was the narrator, and he was reading Ace McCloud's words and feelings. I like them both.
The scene in this book that was my favorite was the telling of the story of the Greeks and their Gods. "The people who were born in Ancient Greece believed that the feeling of happiness was only reserved for those whom the Gods liked. They regarded this belief so seriously that anybody who considered themselves happy was thought to of had too much pride. As a result, those people received harsh punishment." I found that very interesting.
I think the moment in this book that really moved me was when Ace talks about forgiveness. He tells us to find it in our hearts to forgive. he mentions that you don't actually have to say I forgive you, but just knowing it in your heart will make you feel all the more better.
I always felt that by having a great attitude and by being optimistic can bring you a wealth of happiness. Sometimes it is truly hard to achieve happiness in these ways, but as I have learned it does take a lot of time and hard work to feel fulfilled again.
