"This is a must must read"
I have never felt the need to write a review on any book,until I read this one,it is a must read for anyone who wants to know why none of the other diets have not worked,as I went with my lab top to the coffee shop,I thought I would start to listen to his book,two hours and eight minutes later I was still at the coffee shop,as it came to an end,I knew I would be listening to this again and again, what a great read and his voice ,well,you could listen to him talk all day,Yes,I think I am ready ....
"Only part of the book"
Very sad that it was only a part of the book and no diet . He told us about stuff and it wasn't in the audio. bad purchase had to go to the libary to read the rest

yes he was good to short half a bok
Although I enjoyed listening to Are You Ready, I don't think it really has any original material. I mean that I've read/heard it all before. That being said....I do need to hear it again and again. I'm giving this book an overall rating of 4 stars because the PDF file that comes with it is very helpful. The list of food and the menus are similar to other plans, but the pictures of how to do the exercises are easier for me to follow than other examples I've seen.
"Loved it, NO BS just tells it like it is....GO BOB"
Bob lays it all out for you and his .pdf file gives you a picture of all the workout moves, plus the grocery list and the sample meals.. I'm getting started today and I will keep listening to this book for motivation..
"Quick Listen/but worthwhile!"
I have watched Bob Harper on the Biggest Loser and always thought his approach was always a bit "soft" for me but decided to purchase this audiobook anyway. I am glad I did. I listened to the first part, taking notes on an old envelope as I drove down the road (not safe... I know!!) Decided that I would purchase the Kindle version for reference.
I am taking each of the recommended steps one at a time and working through them.
"Awesome, Awesome, Awesome"
I love this book. I have been a trainer for over 5 years now and this book has made me rethink many of my philosophies as a trainer. Bob is a big hero of mine and I think all trainers should hear what he has to say about fitness and health.
"A little fluffy"
This was a little too 'it's not your fault you're fat' for me... too much fluff and hand-holding. I suppose it would work for some people, but not my style.
