Less frustrated and angry. I'm not in any way violent so dunno how well it would work for someone that is. But I did feel a difference, I felt better within myself.

I really liked the meditation & music. My only frustration (ha, see what I did there? ) is that it gives you the option to sleep after, which is what I do since I listen right before I go to sleep, but the volume will jump up louder every minute or so which wakes me up. it's only music, so it's not a deal breaker, I just turn it off. Also, I'm pretty sensitive so it might not bother you.
It's soothing music with calming tips/reminders. The music varies from Joel Theilke stuff to another but they all seem pretty good. His voice is very calming.

It is poorly done and not effective.
Probably need a professional who knows what they are doing for this type of audiobook.
No characters, just soft talking.
