The soothing voice and white noise played in the back ground.
Her voice did exactly what it was meant to. It helped me drift into such a deep sleep.
Nothing emotional just a great night sleep and woke up in the morning feeling rather positive.
I'd recommend this audio-book to anyone who has an intrigue into sleep learning books, its a great place to start, well at least I think so. It helped me drift into a very deep sleep by a combination of the narrator and the white noise playing quietly in the background.

Its a sleep learning series and they are talking very little about Anger Management at the end of the book (last chapter only) and its very disappointing.

This has been a life saver. I always have terrible trouble sleeping and the induction on this course just takes me away. My distractable A.D.D. brain is so hard to quiet at night. Having an audio guided path to sleep has just been amazing. It's also helping both my girlfriend and I to be more relaxed through these stressful days. We both look forward to learning each night! We're excited to try other courses! Highly recommend!!
