The ACA Fellowship Text (commonly referred to as the Big Red Book or BRB) is a meeting book, steps book, traditions book, workbook, and group guide. The ACA Fellowship Text was anonymously written by ACA members and provides guidance on working the 12 -step ACA program, leading to recovery from the effects of growing up in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional family. ACA WSO has adapted AA's steps (with permission from AA) to address the effects of childhood trauma and neglect and offer hope to ACAs worldwide.

"Excellent content, horrible voice"
The content is so right on, but the woman's voice that reads it is so annoying its very difficult for me to even listen to. Some people have good auditory ranges but this woman sounds irritating to listen to. I have listened to dozens and dozens of books thru audible, most have very good speakers, this one is such a shame as the content is so good it was not bearable to listen to. I had to actually read the book myself.
"Bad narrative voice"
It's really not a book which can be read out so blankly a better voice over is a must
"Perfect reproduction of the original book."
Thanks. It is easier to listen in this format than to read the 646-page book.
I really loved that an audiobook version of this book was available. It is a really long book and it's hard for me to find the time to read. I can listen while I am at work and that's what works for me.
It was really great at helping me understand why I am the way that I am.
The book was done well with no long pauses or errors.
I would have liked to but it is way to long to do that.
I would highly recommend this book for anyone interested in the topic
"Great resource and very helpful!"
Wish the membership was cheaper. will cancel before I'm charged again. otherwise it is a great app and would recommend it to all my friends.
