Summary
Building on the astonishing success of The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle presents listeners with an honest look at the current state of humanity: He implores us to see and accept that this state, which is based on an erroneous identification with the egoic mind, is one of dangerous insanity.
Tolle tells us there is good news, however. There is an alternative to this potentially dire situation. Humanity now, perhaps more than in any previous time, has an opportunity to create a new, saner, more loving world. This will involve a radical inner leap from the current egoic consciousness to an entirely new one.
In illuminating the nature of this shift in consciousness, Tolle describes in detail how our current ego-based state of consciousness operates. Then gently, and in very practical terms, he leads us into this new consciousness. We will come to experience who we truly are, which is something infinitely greater than anything we currently think we are, and learn to live and breathe freely.

A thought provoking, brilliant book
The author eloquently describes what is almost impossible to put into words. This is the kind of book you absorb rather than simply read.

Life changing
From the first concept of helping readers to realise we are not our minds, but separate from the inner 'chatter' we all experience, to the end, this book makes enlightenment and self realisation a realistic goal for everyone. The is a radical evolution of the human consciousness in progress and you are a part of it already wether you know it or not.
Heavy going in places but so I should be. In a word, life-changing! (that's actually two words but you know what I mean!)

Life Changing Finding your True Authentic Self
I love all Ekhart tolle teachings and insights after a long journey reading many self love and self development books , I found the True Reality with Eckhart , don't worry if you dont feel like listening to the audio or buying the book , it just means you are not yet ready , life will always give you what you need at certain time 😊💗
