Any number of new-agey self-help books on health and fitness.
This book contains many interesting pieces of information on health and fitness. I knew some of the material already-but some parts were new to me. Although I occasionally had difficulty tracking via audiobook, this book nevertheless contained some good "nuggets".

I would recommend this audio to fitness beginners and people looking to start an exercise plan up to intermediate level fitness user. The author covers a variety of topics including motivation, goal setting, nutrition and supplements. He also offers additional resources and links to other information. As a beginner progresses, they can dig deeper into the many resources provided.
Inspired! I'm ready to implement some of these tips!

I'm glad the author provided his personal journey, but I felt he sometimes promoted his own work a bit too often.
The facts and tips provided are fairly typical if you've read basic health information. Some new tips that I will definitely use. I think this would be a great book for those just starting out and wanting to learn how to improve their health.
I have never listened to the narrator before. The narrator was easy to follow and read at a favorable pace.
