Waking up delighted.
Well I really did feel that the laughter medicine would be memorable throughout my life and I really did feel happier just sifting through the sentences.
The whole book is based on particular tips so I can't really comment here but this book really is amazing.
Waking up at the right side of the bed.
I would have to encourage every reader out there to pick it up right now. This is the best deal you're going to get so better catch on. An amazing read to be honest and hats off to both, Kate and Kristy for coordinating such beautifully on this book. The thoughts are quite effective as I can already feel my days getting lighter and merrier.

I've been listening to this on my commute to work in the morning and it's definitely a great way to start the day. I am not a morning person so this audiobook has been particularly great for me. It's simple really, listening to uplifting positive messages in the morning helps me enjoy the rest of my day much more. Highly recommend!

If this doesn't get you going each day, I don't know what will. Kate Anderson has given us a great little audiobook to help give us a boost of confidence or increase our positive energy, each day. It was hard to understand hiw this book would be any different from at least one of her other titles, bu they really are. I enjoyed listening to the tips because Kristy Jo Winkler made it SO EASY and Kate Anderson, as always, doesn't include ridiculous platitudes that only serve to cause me to roll my eyes as I listen. No, this is really good stuff.
I'm glad I found this as an audiobook. It will be perfect to listen to while I'm in the gym some mornings. Each of the tips and its accompanying reasoning is only about 30 seconds to a ninute long, so you won't feel. as if you're wasting your time. Get this one, today, because you WON'T regret it!!!

I'm glad I have chosen the audio over kindle version of the book. Because I enjoy the ability to inject myself with a daily dose of positive thoughts, listening to the narrators lovely voice, early in the morning. This audiobook is very inspirational and can be used on a day to day basis and the effects will be long lasting and powerful.
I believe it has a potential to change lives, so everyone looking to increase their positivity must try this audiobook!
The positive mental attitude, its not a quick fix but a path that will take time but if you stay with positive thought in the morning everything will get better and having a different positive thought for each day enables you to reinforce from day to day
The personal nature of it, you know the author has gone through how you feel and has made it through to a better life and to know knock backs are something everybody gets, Just go to the next positive thought

Yes I would definitely listen to 100 positive morning thoughts again because this is an audiobook you can't just listen in one go. You really need to reinforce the quotes in your head so you get rid of negative thoughts. Posting sticky notes and writing down the quotes is also useful but the most beneficial thing is listening. More mediums means better retention.
I would compare this book to several books and internet articles I've read over the years. This book helps the most because it compresses all those thoughts and quotes into one useful medium.
I liked Kristy's enthusiasm and zest for life. You could really tell that she cared about the listener and succeeded in conveying that positive attitude.
This book made me do both. Some quotes were really beautiful and hearing the author and Kristy's thoughts in the prologue and epilogue were very relate able. I really cried when I heard about the author's story and how sharing happiness in any little way was her mission.
I highly recommend this book to all my friends. It will improve your life and your mental health. This in turn affects your physical health. Kate helps you start the day with a positive mindset. Overall great book.

My most memorable moment was when the author talked about the importance of laughter for one's mood. I found her strategies on laughter medicine very profound. I would follow her recommendations in this regard to the letter. I said because staying happy always is crucial to one's peace of mind.

"Here Comes the Light!"
Yeah, I usually travel a lot. I love audibles because I just have to put on my earphones when driving and enjoy every part of it. However, am sure the print version would be great for those who spend much free time at home.
The book is non-fiction and therefore did not have scenes. But i liked the entire book as the information in each chapter and unique ye equally helpful.
To always dream and big and believe in the impossibilities. I also liked the idea on that your first thought in the morning determines how the rest of your day will be.
I have been able to change my life by practicing the strategies discussed in the book. I loved how the language was easy and did not use jargons or technical terms which tend to annoy me so much. The positive impacts gained have enabled me to control my life effectively, face my fears, avoid worries, keep fighting hard, be happy and embrace all opportunities that cross my path. I have been revisiting some sections each morning after waking up and they have been making my day lovely.
I am so happy to have had the opportunity of coming across this book. I have read a couple of books by Kate and she is surely good at what she does. Her ideas are empowering and I am planning on how to always emulate them in my life and get the best out of me. The potential in this book is inspirational and uplifting, and will make sure I get a copy for my two best friends to boost their positive attitude and make their days better. Deserves 5/5
"Great energy boost"
I really love this audio book with all of the positive thoughts to boost the positive energy.
I listen to it little by little throughout the day while performing household tasks, especially when I am having a bad day – and I must admit, it really helps me to feel better again. The thoughts cover everything from how to be thankful, how to trust yourself, how to feel great and much, much more. I recommend it to all who are looking for some energy boost in the morning.

There are so many positive ideas in this piece that I seriously had to get my notebook out to start jotting everything out. If I can just apply a few of these principles a week and gradually incorporate everything, my life will have become so fulfilled! This is one of the best listens/reads that I've done in a while!

I've not read the print version. However, I tend to be more of a fan of print books. I am just getting into audio books. This one was great for the purpose I bought it for, which was to listen while doing my morning yoga. It was the perfect choice.
My favorite lesson in the book was "Be the owner of your life, now." That really resonates! It is a beautiful thought, because sometimes we feel like like spirals out of control... until whoa! We don't know what to do next! By understanding that we have choices, we dictate the course of where we want to go. Love it!
There aren't really scenes, since this is a book of tips. However, there were so many tips like the above. By taking the time to understand that we choose whether to be positive or negative, we can understand that we're actually in much more control than we realize. We, ourselves, are stronger and more capable than we know. And this book helps us search and find those points of strength.
I think the best insight is simply to begin the day with good thoughts and feelings -- this way, I can keep things on a high note at the very beginning of my routine, and put myself in the best possible place for whatever happens next in my day. It's a really powerful lesson to learn.
I'd like to see what this book is like in print. Even so, this is great for situations like driving (for you driving listeners), or to have something nice to listen to while exercising, which is my favorite reason for audio books. This one is light and easy, but very empowering and uplifting. I enjoyed it immensely and I think others will to.
