Publisher's Summary

The Buntings take in a very reclusive boarder; but is there a connection between the recent wave of Ripper-like murders and the lodger? This spectacular radio version of Hitchcock's 1927 film of the same title stars Herbert Marshall.

"Cheeky Alfred Hitchcock at His Best"

    A nice old play set in 1927 about a B & B who take in a lodger
at the time of the ripper. Is he or isn't he ... a strange ending from Hitchcock himself who muscles in at the end of the performance.
