Winter Simmons received the surprise of her life when she discovered that the man she had been dating for the last two years was actually Viper, president of The Last Riders. A high school principal, Winter has no intention of ruining her reputation in the community to be with a man who betrayed her trust. Unforgiving, she turns her back on him.
Determined to find his brother's killer, Loker James kept his identity as president of The Last Riders a secret from Winter. When the truth comes out, he is determined to make her see the real man who can control not only a group of dangerous bikers but a woman whose life is a rulebook. Unable to prevent herself from being drawn into the very club she despises, Winter is about to lose everything that is important to her - unless Viper can prove that she's more than a moonlight run. Contains mature themes.

Jamie Begley does it again. Another fantastic book in The Last Riders Series.
Winter Simmons is a High School Principal and is dating local business man Loker James. Little did she know that Loker was hiding a secret from her.
Loker James is also known as Viper, President of the Last Riders. Viper wants to know who killed his brother. He will uses anybody who gets in his way, this includes Winter.
Winter's learns the truth and her life just goes from bad to worse.
I would recommend this series and I can't wait to read Knox's Stand.
Will read this book over and over again. It is great and I am a sucker for motorcycle men. Thanks
"These books are so much fun"
They are enjoyable and fun to listen to, but not for everyone, in particular the sex scenes/situations, which didn't offend me. I'm so glad the author finally decided to have her books made available via audible.
"When the VIPER Strikes...Watch Out!!"
I actually LOVE this story, which comes SOOO close to being my Favorite of the series (aside from Knox's Stand.....Love my Knoxie)
The Narrator is Awesome! She does all the accents and really makes each character stand out in the crowd!
My favorite part is still when Winter is discussing the reasons why she and Viper hadn't slept together while dating casually for the last two years.
Ok...and when Winter cooks dinner for the group....Knox's reaction always makes me LAUGH!
Winter is always a favorite, cause she didn't take crap...well some crap...but VIPER can be VERY convincing! Elizabeth Hart does a great job with all the characters.
YES....But with two babies, I can only listen when I work, but only took three nights to get through it....If you haven't read the book...then you probably will be going from computer to phone so you don't miss a moment!
VIPER'S RUN is such a fun addition to the LAST RIDER'S Series! Each book has it's own something special and this one is one of those that literally makes your heart hurt for Winter and makes you cheer when Viper get's his head out of his ass.....The scene at her house after she sends him that text will make you tear up!
LOVE Winter and Viper! But I can't WAIT for Knox and Diamond!
"Hot biker boy!!"
Biker boy gets his girl !! Hot hot love story , good as the late book in the series!!! Great!!!
Yes, this is a true MC book not cleaned up for the faint hearted
I loved the whole book.
When Winter finally got that she was a b***h
Narrator was good but, Love the series. Again just wish all the books were available in the order they are supposed to be read.
The storyline is just amazing. Again another book that was hard to push stop.
Her narration can be a little broken at times. But the story is so good that you tend to pay more attention to the actual story than what she sounds like.
These are the first books I've ever read that I've become this obsessed with. Jamie Begley truly does a remarkable job when she's writing.
A female character with a spine who stood up for herself would have been awesome!
Probably not but I definitely won't be reading anymore by this author.
The narrator did a good job with different voices. The dialog was so bad it detracted from the narrator's performance!
I would have changed every scene that Winter was in because she was pretty pathetic!
"Slow, but steady story"
Story dragged a bit with the major recouperarion going on for the majority of the book. Winter really got on my nerves with her continual temper tantrums, but story has a good ending. Loved Viper. He is one hot alpha male...
"Loved the book"
First of all I really love the author and all of her books are fabulous. I just was really turned off by the narrator. Her voice and more so her speech pattern had me cringing and it distracted from the story. The narration in no way did the story justice.
