This is the second book installment in the DI Erica Martin series. I have enjoyed both books and have already purchased and downloaded the next installment.
It was a nice short story. The reader did a great job, awesome. Details were great
"To die for"
Excellent book with understanding of people's nature. Enjoyed listening to this book. Will definitely follow this author
"Very good story"
This story is good, and it is nice to listen to it, I begun to listen and did not stop until the story was over
"Good Short Story "
narrator good. story is okay. unsure of the main character dreams, maybe suspense intended for next book?
interesting story that keeps listeners interested & intrigued. Narration was also quite decent & not over the top
it was short very short the narrator did good with the accents. well done.. nice
"Nice short story."
Pretty good. Could tell where it was leading but it unwind nicely. I could envision all the scenes.
"Not bad for free"
This book was free via Audible so I gave it a go. My only disappointment is that it's so short.
The author takes time introducing and developing personalities for a number of likeable characters. She also fleshes out what could be a great whodunit and why type of mystery. Unfortunately, it ends rather abruptly and none of what she nurtured comes to fruition.
The writing was superb. The narration was top-notch. The writer just seemed to decide this was a throwaway and ended it though. Shame.
"Confused... Is it over?"
I don't know if I missed something or what but I feel like the story ended in the middle...? Good story line and good narrating, left wanting more.
