Summary
Libby has a nice life with a gorgeous husband and a big home by the sea. But over time she is becoming unsure if Jack has ever loved her – and if he is over the death of Eve, his first wife.

fantastic fantastic brilliant fantastic
This story started gently, but, a la Ms Koomson style, you really really will not be disappointed-trust me-you won't need to wait long for the tension to start!
I loved Eve so much and think she was such a strong character.
I could not pull my ear plugs out-the house has never been cleaner, and the garden no tidier...
The narrator was perfect for this stort-which was not long enough.

Secrets and lies
Wow - there's a lot going on in this book. I read it when it came out and forgot how harrowing parts of it were. There's something about listening to it that makes the story even more poignant.
I enjoyed the pace and the drama, but grew frustrated by the lying going on!
I love Dorothy Koomson - always have, always will.

I have read all Dorothy's books. I listened to this with my mouth open. Fabulous book. Was hooked from first page. Can't wait for the next one.

Loved it
This is a great listen. A gripping plot you won't want to stop listening to. If there are children around you'll have to or plug in your earphones. Even my husband asked 'What are you listening to??' in a surprised voice!

Audible Gasps
This was my first Dorothy Koomson book and I will definitely look up more of them. I really enjoyed the story and found myself exclaiming out loud as the story unfolded. The characters were very likeable and the story well told.

Thought provoking and interesting
I really enjoyed this book, Libby character is good and shows strength.
Eve story was very powerful and shows a different side to life. Makes you remember not to be judgmental.
