Welcome to Nocturne Falls, the town that celebrates Halloween 365 days a year. The tourists think it's all a show: the vampires, the werewolves, the witches, the occasional gargoyle flying through the sky. But the supernaturals populating the town know better.
Living in Nocturne Falls means being yourself. Fangs, fur, and all.
When a spell goes wrong on the night of Samhain for witch Corette Williams, her only hope is the man she loves, Bartholomew Stanhill. But time is running out. As the clock ticks toward midnight on Halloween, they grow closer to the moment when magic will erase him from her mind. Can Stanhill become Corette's Halloween hero?

Loved this novella, it was such a cute story starring the very lovable Stanhill and his girlfriend Corette! Well worth getting if you're a fan of the Nocturne Falls series!
"Talk about tugging at the heart strings"
Of course... I gave it 5 stars didn't I, if that doesn't mean I'd recommend it I don't know what does!
Why? Because it' a wonderful addition to the books in the Nocturne Falls universe and I've loved every book in it so far.
B.J. Harrison is the voice of this series, I can't imagine hearing anyone else narrate it.
He has such a lovely clear, smooth voice and the story just seems to flow so beautifully when he reads it. I would try anything he narrates even if it's a genre I don't normally listen to.
The last scene by the fountain, oh my goodness, I thought I was going to cry, if I hadn't been grocery shopping at the time I might have.
This series is designed to be listened to in order. While any of the books would be fabulous on it's own, later books have spoilers for earlier books, so I recommend starting with book 1 - and then listening to the whole series :-)
"Really enjoy this series!"
Nocturne Falls, witches, romance, magic, vampire
Lovely short episode in the expanding fantasy world of Nocturne Falls. Just the right length for a quick read!
B J Harrison continues to do a fantastic job as narrator.
I love this series!!!!! But this one was just way too short. (sniff sniff sigh...) But you can bet your bottom dollar that I'll be buying the next book as soon as I see it!!! LOL!!!! It was still a sweet little story.
I just can't get enough of Kristen Painter's Nocturne Falls series. This book is another winner.
"Short story 2"
Cute short story about two supporting characters from the Nocturne Falls series. This is not a standalone novella; character development is based off prior stories. A spell goes awry and the consequences could be devastating. Enjoyed the novella. The narrator did a wonderful job!
